“ The last two times I have had service was not able to use coupon. Service sticker was not put on had to go back to dealership to get it. They use to do courtesy wash hasn't been done the last few times. Got conflicting information about needed repairs and had to send my boyfriend to talk to service manger. This makes you second guess whether you even want to go to the dealership for service. The service quality has gone down from what it use to be. ”
“ This is the worse experience I’ve had with a car and repair facility. I brought the 2019 PHEV from Pete Moore with 71 miles on the car. Had to return 3 times the first time paid and the problem still there. They can’t figure it out which leave me helpless because Mitsubishi can’t fix it. The problem is intermittently so when I brought it in the last time for the same issue advisor Houston made one of the other advisor ride with me to witness the issue and the advisor told Houston that he knows the issue I’m talking about that it does not happen all the time. So of course the problem didn’t do it again so I was left again with my car not fixed. They had my car almost a month and supposedly they got with other techs from Mitsubishi thats stating they never witnessed this problem. All 3 times I never received an inspection form which is puzzling cause all repair facilities give you an inspection form. So don’t buy a PHEV from Pete Moore because they can’t fix them. I brought 2 cars from them and will never buy another one cause they can’t fix it or figure out the problem. The same code that I told them about which the motor shuts down by itself and will not let you drive the car if the battery for hybrid battery doesn’t have a charge. So the Hybrid battery only gets around 27 miles so if I don’t save the battery to drive then I can’t drive the PHEV. Also I reached out to upper management and still haven’t gotten any responses. Update it is now 10-17-24 and my car is still doing the same thing after taking it to them third times. Drove it 2 days then it started doing it again after Pete Moore told me it was a bad battery that I need a new 12v battery because mines is dead. They wanted to charge me almost $400 for a new battery but I was able to get one around $280. When it started doing it again I immediately called Monty so he could hear what it was doing. He told me that on Tuesday or Wednesday he should have a loaner car for me then they would look at it. It was 9/17-24 when I called him. Called him Wednesday 9/25-24 and Houston told me he’s doing payroll that he’s aware I need a loaner still waiting. Well to this day I haven’t heard back from them. ”
“ Stay away from the service department. We bought a new 2024 vehicle from them and went in for our free oil change. Big mistake. Amanda called and said I had a “nail in the side wall” and she needed to know immediately if she needed to order the tire other wise the car would not be done today. So I said fine go ahead and order it since there was no time to discuss it. Even though there was no loss of pressure, nothing. Then today at 2 she calls and says she put a spare tire on it and the other tire she pressured me to order did not arrive so we need to bring it in tomorrow again. No loaner offered, no ride offered. We live in hour away and have one vehicle. Absolutely worst customer service. When we let her know we live one hour away she said “okay what do you want me to do” . Stay away! Will not be recommending anyone to support this location. They will find a way to get their payment during that free oil change. ”
